John gets just better and better. It has been a privilege for me to have had a minor association with him in my youth. I must admit that I did not spot the greatness. It must be thrilling for someone like @Ciaran Careys Hurling Arm who knew him much better than I did.

I’ve bee an ardent critic of Mr Delaney in the past, but he really has pulled a rabbit out of the hat getting the second most prestigious tournament in the world to Dublin. People are walking around with a real spring in their step this morning and they are talking about little else.
