Dubious source.
Glad youâve edited it.

By that stage the 40% of the worldâs population will either be Muslim or near enough as to make no difference. Let them hammer it out over a few kebabs

Delaneyâs paymaster owns the source
Said owner is a capitalist pig.
Unlike Comrade Delaney?
Your waffling. Klopp is earning his salary and working miracles⌠Delaney has the domestic league and grass roots in shit and earns double what heads of footballing superpowers earnâŚ
I just had two lovely pork chops there with turnip. Marinated the chops in soya, Worcestershire sauce, lemon , oil, garlic salt and pepper. Unreal. Net spend 4.99.
Delaney is a sport administrator and a successful local businessman.
Klopp is working miracles?
Lolz.
He is now 6 points behind a side he finished 10 points above last season.
A very long lease for land can be for many terms, 999 years is a good example.
However a lease for a manufactured or constructed asset wont exceed the likely useful life of the asset.
Try getting a 60 year lease on your car.
That side stopped playing football for a manager they detested and waltzed to the league the year before when they were bothered and will do it at ease this year also.
So money is not everything?
Thatâs from August pal, the financial outlook is far rosier for the FAI now.
Where did all the money go from Italy 90 and USA 94?
Am I wrong in saying Delaney senior had his paw in that?
Lease is for 99 years. Useful life of a stadium is 30 years.
I read that article at the time and I donât recall there being anything contentious in the stadium related piece. I think David McWilliams is the only person in the world who predicted the extent of the Irish economic crash (or so he says himself) so I wouldnât hold it against John Delaney that the FAI didnât get their process to sell 10-year stadium tickets to the corporate sector and the general public completed before the upheaval. However, whatâs been impressive has been the perseverance and steadfastness heâs displayed in not allowing that blow to become a fatal one. Heâs refinanced the corporate debt at least twice, secured favorable write-downs, made innovative financial agreements with the likes of FIFA and so on.
Pity Delaney Sr wasnt as savvy.
Strong leadership right here
Club treasurers privately say that accessing public funds, particularly capital funds, is often linked to a clubâs relationship with the FAI hierarchy. Clubs say that, at their agms, FAI officials heavily lobby them to buy tickets, including premium seats under the defunct Vantage Club, now called Club Ireland. âWe were definitely under the impression [in 2010] that if we didnât buy a premium ticket we wouldnât get FAI funding,â one affiliate source says.
