To be honest it will be hard to see how they can win although they may seek further avenue of appeal . Regional acted in utmost good faith here and it will be awful for the player in question.

As I understand Regional had a player versus SYC who did not have a formal international transfer processed . The player had played previously for Aisling for 2 years previous and the assumption was all was kosher .
