There is no comparison between PJ and his like and someone abroad doing a job of work. PJ lives abroad so that he doesn’t have to declare his tax liabilities and can hide his wealth. Throwing a few spare shillings to the poor people does not automatically make him in any way decent.

He has thrown unbelievable money at this. He has contractors working night shifts out there and everything to get it finished. Every second tradesman you talk to in the area these days is out there, or has been there at some point in the last year.
