Kilkenny GAA thread

Me too, he looked sharp and pacy.

I like Billy Ryan too, I also like Mossy Keoghan which causes people to question my judgement

Keoghan looked more of a league hurler. Which is what you need this year.

We’re back?

Never went away.

Delighted for a fledgling manager like Cody.

A lot of lads are banging on about a smash and grab maybe it was but I’m surprised I’ve not seen any of them saying anything about Hogans goal?

FFS It was one of the all time great ones!!
Look at it in slow motion,lads.Genius.

It wasn’t a smash and grab. It was business as usual.

Nope

Yep. Galway collapse anytime they don’t have a significant lead.

Last time I looked 5 points was a significant lead.

You’re not from.galway so you can slither back up your own Kilkenny hole where you belong.
There’s a kk lad over here who has essentially abused my kindness on several occasions without any thanks.
He books jury’s croke park every year for the final. Says it all really.

“He finished with 1-2 against his name, set up a nailed-on goal chance for Martin Keoghan and generally skipped around making the Galway defence look like they were trying to mow the front lawn with a threshing machine”

Proper KK men don’t gloat, we let our lads do the talking on the pitch but we’re quite happy for lads like Malachy Clerkin to fawn all over us when we pull one out of the fire. I’d imagine it’s that reserved smugness that really ticks you off about KK hurling people. It comes with tradition rather than success, neither of which you’d be familiar with

Actually I really like kk hurling folk almost without reservation.
I’m just sick of the cunts.
This was just a replay of the story of my life.

:laughing::laughing::laughing:

I’ll make an exception for you, you uucoam.

You don’t coach that. You just don’t.

Yep
And that’s from years upon years of practice and a good bloodline.

Ounce of breeding

He learnt it all in the Lockes watching us train when he was a pup.

It’s all starting to make sense now, fuck him flatty, were not all like that

Ah I know. I was tired, drunk and had PTSD.
All understandable.
It was an epic game.
Onwards and upwards.
