I had to look at the message a few times to see if it was a wind-up. As I read it again, I laughed. I thought, “I would love to see the look on this lad’s face when I come on the field on Sunday”.
I never replied. Better to let him sweat it out. Sure enough, he followed up with an apology for his ignorance a few weeks later”

It’s amazing that after 5 years he’s still going on as if he didn’t hit him.
It’s obvious there was contact. Barrett goes down easy but Richie gave Owens a very difficult decision.
