Yup, he would be a welcome starter at the moment.
Quite obvious correlations!
Looking forward to Mickey Welsh and Adrian Ronan making a total fuck up of the acronym consistently!
I thought matt Ruth did make it as a county player??
That’s disgraceful, in fairness. James Nolan must be spinning in his grave.
The mighty have fallen.
So long as nobody starts using the term around here we’ll be fine.
Who?
It’s alright for counties like Carlow or Wexford with no bit of tradition giving up the ghost to commercial interest, but I’d expect better from Kilkenny. In fairness you couldn’t see Cork or Tipperary going down this route.
You might have missed it over the last year but Tipperary have already gone down the billionaire/sugar daddy route with Teneo.
Hard nosed reality has set in, in Kilkenny. The penny has dropped that their days at the top table were over without serious financial investment.
I’d imagine Glanbia is a much larger enterprise than Teneo so few excuses can be offered by Kilkenny GAA other than their headline sponsor was unwilling to cough up. A revenue of 2.38 billion in 2018, with an EBITA of 280 million suggested the Glanbia shareholders were unwilling to loosen the purse strings.
Typical Carlow man, always looking up to the better neighbours.
Teneo estimated annual revenue of 30 million dollars for 2018; small fish compared to a behemoth like Glanbia
Carlow folk will always bend the knee to their betters.
Is it Teneo Semple Stadium?
What do Teneo actually do ?
A bit of everything you need
I’m from North London mate.
Michael Lowry Semple Stadium, I believe. Even Declan couldn’t manage to get the name of the man who rebuilt it, off it.
Very little in fact.
I mix Teneo up with Ineos. Both sponsor loathsome teams
PS the current Tipp lads aren’t as hateful as usual bar Pawdee, Barrett and @carryharry
