He seemed off the pace for Ballyhale in the club games this year but could get a score out of the blue . The brother looks a real star in the making

A good few of the games he plays you think “Yeah, he didn’t do much today”. Check the scorers and he has 0-4 from play. :man_shrugging:

I wouldn’t blame him seeing as he has 9 (Nine) All Ireland medals.

Liam Fennelly is a bit of a sentimental pick there

Was that picked by Eddie keher?

Lot of recency bias there. Billy Fitz should be in there and fan Larkin

And Eoin Larkin

I’d have Fan Larkin and Willie O’Connor as two corner backs. Eoin Larkin instead of TJ Reid and a re-jig in the forwards with Billy Fitzpatrick in for Liam Fennelly.

Eoin Larkin , Martin Comerford , Richie Hogan

Charlie Carter Richie Power. Billy Fitzpatrick

Alternative front 6

Joe Hennessy another notable omission, the Tommy Walsh prototype.

Very popular. My favourite Skehan moment is when looked at Dick O’Hara after a goal he conceded in an All Ireland.

I’d have Dick O’Hara in my team. Billy Fitz too. On his day Nailer too but Henderson in fairness was class.

My favorite Skehan moment was when he was playing Waterford in Walsh Park and Pat McGrath, Ken’s Dad, was full forward. Pat got the ball near the goal, Skehan turned his back and Pat Mc thwacked the ball against Skehans arse and the ball bounced out. A Kilkenny fellow roared in - try his mouth it’ll fit there.

Charlie Carter was a great player, one of the most under-rated of his era. He probably didn’t have the longevity of others but when he was good he was brilliant.

I think Cody dropped him, and eventually he walked away when maybe he had another couple of years in him.

Eoin Larkin instead of TJ is an interesting one,if you think about it deeply.

Agree totally. Mick Kav lucky to be there imo
