Ref letting a few late tackles go isn’t helping Celtic , especially on a pitch like that . Again they’re struggling to get foothold in middle of park.

Holm started well and then finished well but was on the wrong end of a few bizarre refereeing decisions.
But yeah they are sitting on McGregor and we don’t seem to be able to play around that.
The pitch is diabolical but the full backs have been poor on the ball again and we need to get the centre backs finding O’Riley and Holm.

That wasn’t very good at all
Kyogo was good on the ball but otherwise we were almost universally poor. Some players would get pass marks for effort but not much else.
Thought McGregor was very disappointing. Didn’t influence the game at all. Ralston was shocking. Hopeless long balls and poor defensively.
Haksabanovic looked shite when he came on though I thought he should have had a penalty.
Pitch and referee didn’t help at all but still really only had Yang and Kyogo looking to take a player on with some credit for Holm for a few nice runs off the ball too.
Celtic were shite but The ref let the physical stuff go which suited Kilmarnock. It’s the league cup , not end of the world . Celtic really need players to step up in midfield with McGregor behind man marked.

The best thing Kyogo and Hatate should do is leave and get away from the rat.
Only watched the first half but the excruciatingly slow pace always made a result like this possible. Big money needs to be spent and quickly because Ibrox in a fortnight could see a repeat of the 3-0 game(and possibly worse) from the end of last season. BR also needs to take a serious look at today as well.
