Hard to look past a Turlough v Toms final although I expect Loughrea and Cappy to give them a run for their money in the semis.
First half of Turlough v Sars today was very high quality hurling. Sars just seemed to run out of legs in the 2nd half.
Loughrea were excellent against Mellows and didn’t even have Jamie Ryan available. A young up and coming side but probably a bit early for them this year.
Are moycullen any better equipped to stay up if they get up?

Moycullen won 1-17 to 2-9.
The Jimmies were beating them by 5 at half time but Moycullen turned it round in the 2nd half.

Barna actually showed plenty of fight this year. Unlucky not to beat the Stars yesterday. Their seaside neighbours were awful disappointing though but Tomo Culhane is a star in the making for them considering he’s only out of minor. Was impressive going up against fully grown men in the bits of Salthill games I caught.
