God I’m surprised to see Galway seriously considering Davy Fitz. Didn’t think he’d be the Galway cb’s cup of tea
Outside managers have never worked out for the Galway hurlers. Would be madness to appoint someone as divisive and troublesome as Davy and his record results wise is fairly questionable as well.

What are peoples opinions on the Galway hurling championship? Any chance of cappy getting over the line?
They missed their chance in 2018 imo. Can see them falling off a good bit. That said Jarlath Mannion is worth the price of admission on his own.

A serious operator at club level from what I see on buffs snaps now and again? They wouldn’t have a big pick?
They’ve decent firepower up front. Donal Mannion is another one to keep an eye on but I can’t see him being more than a good club player. Niall Collins is another tidy forward that’s been decent underage for Galway. They have a fantastic cornerback in Declan Cronin who probably should’ve got League time this year.
Hard to see past Toms or the Turlougheen cunts.
Turlough will eventually come to the fore you’d imagine. Are they still winning county’s underage?
