King Henry of Galway (Part 1) 👑

I have to say I’m very excited about Henry becoming the Galway manager

It’s certainly changed the dynamic Francis. The flurry of anxiety from the mid West is fascinating.

That’s not quite true. They may have an advantage over individual clubs in Munster, Leinster and even Ulster but there is no advantage over any other provincial champions. In fact, it has been argued that the lack of competition inside Connacht puts the Galway clubs at a disadvantage in terms of competitive matches.

No idea. Bought a match or 2 last year and has remembered my login details. If you just go to buy match you are funnelled to create an account and then you are good.

Yea, you have to try buy a match before you get an option to sign up.

Galway clubs are not competitive at the top table anymore as recent results have shown.

Good players rarely make good managers.

that is absolute bollocks

Thomastown find another way not to win. Henry looking a bit ashen faced on the sideline. First loss as a manager if I’m not mistaken.

He could get lots more practice at it in the next couple of years

Big Sam’s England record is getting better by the month. 100% is a big ask.

When Henry Shefflin is eventually sacked or resigns as Galway manager his head will be displayed in the King’s Head in the way Oliver Plunkett’s head is displayed in Drogheda Cathedral.

Step aside pal, this is big boy hurling
