Bookies have it evens. How I don’t know. We’ve had one good half of hurling against cork. Tossed away promotion and struggled badly against Laois. If Galway are interested they should win by 10.
I hope you are right. I actually have a gut feeling you are. Many’s the time however that thegut feeling was completely wrong and “we” collapsed. I like the cut of this teams jib though byGod.
I’ve been pleasantly surprised by our progress this year and the team is taking on a more settled look to it every game, especially in defence. We’re still well off though, I thought Clare were finding their man a lot easier than us the last day and they fairly hammered us in the puck outs(That said we should still have won by at least 6 points). There’s plenty of improvement to come though and although this weekends fixture has banana skin written all over, if we play to form I believe we’ll win. Still a couple of Conor McGraths short of competing for an All Ireland but then so were Clare(metaphorically speaking) this time last year.
David Burke coming out of his slump and returning to his 2012 form would be a massive help.
Same team as started last week. You’re right laz if David Burke finds his 2012 that’s a big step towards getting us competing against the big guns again.
