So head to head is the tiebreaker, not greater score difference?
Affirmative
Galway > Armagh
Kieran McGeeney saw two of his teams relegated this year
Mulholland is blessed the coont. Way easier division with the four teams coming in. Couldn’t see them beat mayo but with a full team they could certainly turn most other teams over if underestimated.

Niall McMorrow cost him the hat-trick
Very quiet ahead of the weekend. Has anyone walked of the panel? Any of the coaches fallen out with the star players? How many different buses will be used to ship the players down to Limerick?
Yes. Yes. They’re taking their own cars.
Canning will be starting.
Will AC leave Cooney on the frees?
Moore out.

What’s the story here. Injured or loss of form? Always thought he was the pick of Galway’s defenders
just injured.
Hope cooney is left on the frees. Anything outside the 45 in any case. Joe has missed plenty in recent times. Also, any long ones dropping short would have more pucker factor if he were somewhere around the landing site.
Will Canning be deploying himself around the middle this year
Word is Joe will be playing in the sweeper role this season
Who is going to get the scores if Joe is out the field?
Collins would shade that honour for me but not by much. Daithi Burke will have usurped them both by the end of the year. Fergal had a sharp decline in form for club and county after he got knocked out in this weekends corresponding fixture last year. There was a worry it might have been a permenent decline but from what I’ve seen he looks to be back to his very best for this year, long may it continue
Joe
He is good but he’s not that good, might average 2 maybe 3 from play from out there
The plan is to lull the opposition into a false sense of security by playing Canning in goal and Skehill midfield.
It’s the new recipe for success like playing Ray Silke at centre back in 1998. A tactical innovation the GAA world won’t be able to handle.

Skehill will be tucking into his easter egg as the team hit the field.
