Caught a bit of David Walsh on Newstalk-was there any mention of him, the Sunday Times or Kimmage in the interview?

Got up at 6am to watch it. I’m fairly happy but a good bit of stuff was missed out on. I’m optimistic though that there’ll be more to come in the future (not in this interview) regarding Ferrari, Bruyneel and the UCI being complicit.

Bassons and Simeoni were alluded to but I thought they deserved to be named and apologised to. He’s a madman. There was a moment he almost started laughing while he was remembering something, as though he was recalling how funny it was to act the cunt. Can’t remember what the question was.

He skirted round some questions (the Tour de Suisse test) and spoke plenty of bullshit but I was impressed enough with Oprah and the questions she asked.

I think tomorrow’s installment will be puke-inducing though. I’d say part of Lance’s conditions was he’d tell all so long as he got a decent chunk at the end to salvage his reputation and make himself seem like a decent guy after all.
