Laochra Gael - Back, and to the left hand on top

I heard Richie in an interview on radio before the Christmas and he and his family had their own trouble too. Incredible and sad.

Wouldn’t go out of my way to watch any of them. Lindsay peat is a first cousin of Radie the lead singer of lankum

Hub Hughes has an interesting story to tell I suspect and not the usual bolloxology.

Is that Peat’s electronics fame?

@rocko used to bang on about that place non stop about 15 years ago,

Scullion was a super corner back

Think he was a good hurler as well, may even have played senior with Derry

or am I confusing him with Brian McGilligan?

did Conal Keaney ever get one? He was a dublin hurler\footballer that deserved one

It is

Whos parents is it Lindsay or Radie? Or is it the grandad?

Not too sure. It was their grandparents who had it but dunno who has it when it closed down.

U may be correct

Richie Power tonight was just magic

Brilliant, little disappointing they didn’t tell more of his hurling story. Focused on the gambling which was right but the hurling stuff was glossed over with the KK team story. Don’t think we got a true idea of how actually good he was. Jackie mentioned it at the end about talent, but my god he was unbelievable.

Definitely a top 10 forward of this century to date

Remember 13 I think it was. We were struggling against Waterford in Thurles. Shefflin gone off early. Power was magic. He was gifted. Unreal brain and hands.

Watching on plus one here. Lots of ‘I suppose’ and ‘dya know’ out of Richie but a very likeable chap

He was brilliant in Nowlan Park in 2013.

I vividly remember one late point which was like a dagger to my heart.
