Laois GAA- bunch of hicks turning on eachother

Graigue, with their usual Carlow man or two on board, into the 2020 senior football final.
“Come on Aymo now” on final day was not to be.

Gutted for Emo. A great bunch of mad mad bastards.

Graigue with the honour of being railroaded by Port now.

@myboyblue

Did Shane Keegan get that challenge match for Rathdowney Errill in the end?

He did.

Burgess cancelled on them

Still in the top 4 in the Carlow roll of honour despite leaving sometime around 1930 or before it.

That can happen. Rathdowney Erril will walk Laois this year. 10 points a game.

They should give Leinster a rattle

Didn’t leave. Got fucked out of Carlow. Google The Battle Of Milford.

Sadly the madness has kinda been watered down in recent years. No Connors on the team and just one Kirwan, one Lawlor, one Strong.

They’ll never have gotten a better chance

The Graigue boys have the song and all.

Port should have enough, even without Paddy O Sullivan. Shur doesn’t Piggott love playing against Carlow lads.

Healy’s Portlaoise swansong tonight.
Be nice for him to go out a winner but The Harps have to be favourites.
No matter what though, an aboloute legend.

A great bit of stuff.

The Harps are coming like a train, ridiculous numbers and talent.

What’s this, the 2020 football final?

Yeah, but they should be up there. They are an old two club amalgamation. They shouldn’t be down with second teams and the likes of Mountrath and Ballyfin.
They left a final or two behind them back in the last century.

Passed through there yesterday, they have the place well-festooned anyway

Ah they should yeah, but they’ve had awful luck of it and an inherent ability to fuck themselves up. Hard to believe their top team has never won anything since the amalgamation, albeit skewed by being Senior for a lot of that time, but they could even have won a few of those.

But they’re a seriously well run club now, they’re ferocious at underage and I include football in that. Their Adult end can barely handle the numbers coming through the underage ranks.

Bob’s should be hopping tonight

Port and Graigue this Sunday in the 2020 football decider Sunday.

Harps and Portlaoise in the 2020 Premier Intermediate Hurling decider this evening. Cahir Healy’s swan song in Laois GAA action. A warrior.

Borris and Clough Ballacolla meet in the 2020 Senior Hurling Final tomorrow evening.

All live for a nominal fee on LaoisTV.
