The peoples club is some load of bollix
The reality is around 2006 the members voted by around 90% to commit to flog Dalymount to Liam Carroll of Zoe Deelopments . They got an intial €2 million that was payable and would get more millions subject to planning . They were going to be built a new stadium in a greenfield site out in Harristown .
The whole Celtic tiger then thanked and Bohs had borrowed like mad and were near bankrupt
