The first time I ever saw Man City live was in Terryland on a preseason tour against Galway United. They played in Thomond after that and I was hooked. 95/96 I think. Niall Quinn was my footballing hero at the time

Think that was in the Sportsground, if it’s the same game i’m thinking of. Maybe around 1994ish. Half the crowd were about two yards inside the pitch with the players playing around all the kids. A lovely summers evening.
