This deserves a nice post award.
The colleges should have been told to refine their offerings for 2020. Cut it right back in first year to generic courses like in the US. People can major then in what they want if they get the grades. This is going to be a mess all round. Of course I still think the LC could and should have gone ahead at a different time.
