Leinster Hurling Championship 2024

No I think we should keep doing what weā€™re doing because weā€™re obviously making progress.

The division of time is helping us produce excellent hurlers and footballers.

Belfast City Cemetery is across the road from Corrigan Park. Very interesting cemetery with lots of WW1 and Jewish graves. Milltown is further along the Falls Road.

Really proud of that effort there today.

Winning isnā€™t everything.

Antrim did very well to regain their composure when everything seemed to be going against them before half time.

Thought Lyons had a good game. Camera proved him right most times.

Early days but Mouse Kavanagh and the gang are going well after 20. 0-08 to 0-03 up.

Darragh Egan must be feeling quietly satisfied today. Got a raw deal really.

Lovely roaster radio on KCLR. You can bate local radio grab all association coverage.

ā€œYA CANā€™T BLOW FUR DATā€. Enjoying this.

Brendan Hennessy on comm?

I couldnā€™t tell ya unfortunately but I canā€™t wait to be able to get a name off these two on commentary.

You may regret that decision nowā€¦

Bagenalstown must be the Times Square of Carlow by the amount itā€™s been mentioned

Brendan is SLATING Carlow regulars for not turning up to support them today

The fine folks at Ray Whelan Waste Management are getting serious value for their sponsorship buck

Iā€™d say it is. Nutcase, but sound skin.

Itā€™s Brendan anyways. Heā€™s fantastic fun.

The coddlers are humming nicely now

Brendan hennessy on KCLR is fairly clueless about hurling really.
Thinks carlow would run anyone close, even limerick.

Yes, unfortunately. Hard to listen to.

I donā€™t know about that tbh. They have one or two fantastic hurlers but it sounded like they spent themselves last week against Galway and burst a gut in the first half today only to be kept safe from the jaws of victory.

Ah heā€™s hardly that bitter to be wishing defeat on his former players. He was given two years at it and after the final season almost ended in relegation to the Joe McDonagh I think it was fair enough that he was asked to step aside. Failure to beat either Dublin or Westmeath proved very costly.
