Will take a Munster team to beat Galway

galway playing like shit, yet still miles and miles ahead of wexford

Wexford only shadow boxing here.

Looking like only Limerick will be capable of giving Galway a game this year

Yes Harry, he got away with a blatant one against Tipperary in last year’s all Ireland semi final which set up the winning score for Galway.

Wexford have been brutal. Hard to know if it was a case of Galway being more impressive or wexford being shit, but with the amount of wides, mis hit shots and dropped short, I do think it was as much a case of wexford being crap.

The ref has been fierce fussy. Some harmless frees and yellow cards given.

Galway have been so dominant throughout this that’s it’s very difficult to put into words.

It has been a total monstering.

They’re an incredible team. No one will come close to them this year.

Did Joe get a tip of a hurl or a twist there. Doesn’t look too serious

I hope Joe Canning is not badly injured. He did more in this match than he did in the entirety of last year’s championship.

Looked like a slap across the knee, should be fine.

A lot of mid handling, mid striking by Wexford players which was very dissapointing.
10 (I think) yellow cards was a joke.
Galway cruised through it.
Chin never got going at all.
Still all probably part of Davy’s master plan.

Give him another year or year and a bit. It’s all coming together.

Cork traditionally put the wind up Galway more than any other county. They’re the only team I can see present a challenge that throws Galway this year.

Paudie Maher is the anti-Christ :face_with_head_bandage:

Hopefully the traffic home won’t be too bad for the travelling Wexford fans.

Galway will win this AI easily, if a team finishes less than 3 points in arrears in any game ill be very surprised.
They have all the artillery needed to retain Liam.

Galway will beat any team in a provincial field like that. Up in Croke Park they won’t have it all their own way but of course are deserved favourites at this juncture

All Ireland Final wins of 1953, 86, 1990 and 2005 fairly old currency at this stage. Galway have won the last four championship meetings against Cork by an average of 9 points. The closest Cork got was 5 points in the 2012 semi final.
