The The Rangers CEO Charles Green has hit out at the proposed new Scottish football 12-12-18 structure and said that The Rangers will look to play outside Scotland if it’s voted through. The The Rangers don’t have a vote on the proposals as, being a completely new club, they’re only an associate member of the SFL for the moment. Green said: “In what league do you win a division and then up playing the same teams again the following season?” Eh, the top division of pretty much very league barring standard promotion and relegation issues.
