Let's All Laugh At Sevco Thread

Would Celtic’s Glasgow support be for Scottish independence larry? And would Rangers fans be against it?

I think majority would be against it in both clubs. SNP have been often accused of being sectarian by element of Celtic support on huddleboard anyway. Celtic fans would tend in majority to vote for labour/socialists though suppose you don’t have to be in SNP to want independence.
Rangers would by and large be very much pro Union with odd exception like Connery.

So would most Celtic fans vote against Scottish independence in a referendum? Would have thought they’d be against any break in the ‘union’.

I think so yes. Scottish society is probably more bigoted than British society in general so there might be a fear that if independence was achieved those with Irish heritage could be discriminated against on an even greater scale.

Absolutely sensational news. What an afternoon to have my phone turned off. Obviously best case scenario now is the death of the huns. What’s the worst that can happen? How can they negotiate with HMRC?

Someone paid out on Celtic winning the league now I think. :strokechin:

The Huddleboard has a new front page:

Craig Whyte is on SSN now!

Jim White was on the 3pm-7pm shift but he’s returned to conduct the interview.

whats the jelly and ice cream rference?

What was interview like Bandage?

The Celtic support have been singing a ‘jelly & ice-cream when Rangers die’ chant for the last couple of weeks.

He blamed overspending of the previous regime and said the final tax bill plus penalties could be as high as GBP£75m! Said it’s been the option talked about long before he took over and that taking this action would secure Rangers’ future. Got a sense they’re trying to use this as a negotiating tool with HMRC but I believe the tax authorities can prevent a club from actually going into administration and force them into liquidation instead. Said he would still be willing to invest in the club ‘within reason’ too! Funny as fuck.

Here’s a video of him reading a statement at Ibrox and getting booed and heckled by huns!

This is definitely not good for Celtic though. It’s fucking fantastic! :ireland:

Up Ireland

:ireland:

Is John Stokes planning anything in the Players Lounge?

:ireland: :ireland:

Glad Paisley is still alive to see this, the horrible, rotten bastard.

The huns folding would probably be their best case scenario, wouldn’t it? If they continue in this form they will be fucked for the next 15 years or so. If they go bust, some business savy mogul would capitalise on this opportunity and re-establish them and start off on a clean slate, I reckon the SFL/SFA would fast track their promotion and they’d be back playing SPL within two years of their new identity and a clean slate, with the new owner having turned is speculative investment into a bigotry cash cow.

It’s quite fitting that the members of a reformed church will soon be supporters of a reformed football club.

I don’t think Victor Wanyama realises he’s putting himself in personal danger by giving retweets “for the imminent death of Rangers” over on Twitter.

Considering the lowly sums the SPL pulls in TV and advertising money, it is hardly a good day for the Hoops that their cross city bigots have gone into administration. The Old Firm brand that the likes of NTL and now Tennents isn’t it sponsor, took a hell of a fall in value today.

It is all well and good saying in the past when one side was strong they were also strong in Europe. That isn’t the case today as both sides have been embarrassed in Europe in recent years

Didn’t realise he was a fan
