All great teams of the last 30 years have been driven from the half back line, I wouldnât rate the current limerick 5-7 far ahead of any of them
Itâs amazing the nucleus of players Limerick have between the ages of 24-26. Likes or Ronan Lynch, La TouchĂŠ Cosgrave etc. were some of the stars on those minor teams werenât they? In hindsight itâs staggering to think that an average Tipp beat them in U21 in 2016.
