Are F/C definitely out of the knockouts? Not inconceivable that Kierans, MB and themselves finish on 4 pts? Obviously their scoring difference is heavily against them at the moment, but both of the other teams have G/B left to play who have been racking up serious scores.

The other group looks to be a three-team contest for 3rd place too with Bruree v C/K this weekend to decide who will be top. As you said, all should be a lot clearer after this weekend.

Feohanagh could still technically scrape 3rd but it’s a long shot and reliant on results elsewhere.

They’d need to beat Croom, hope Kieran’s don’t pick up anything in their last two games and hope M/B don’t pick up more than 2 points v Croom and a possibly already qualified G/B in the last round. Would be a three way tie on four points and would come down to scoring difference in that scenario. Yeah, possible but a lot of ifs and buts there.

The killer for them was losing to Kieran’s last week.

In this scenerio would the scoring difference just be between those 3 teams? If so Feohanagh and M/B both on +4, Kierans -8. Presume M/B would go through with a higher amount scored, 1-35 compared to Feohanaghs 1-30.

Christ but the Well are frustratingly inconsistent. It seems to me that if any one of the three stars don’t turn up, they generally fail to win the game.
