Limerick GAA 2023-2024.... 5 in a row is not here

Watching Kyle is like witnessing the brilliance of Jonah Lomu or Maradona.

It was unreal. That was straight after the booking. Beast mode activated.

Stack got dogs abuse after that point from the home fans on the open stand side.

Has any county done 6 in a row in munster? Cork in 70s Iā€™m guessing.

He did

Never been done before.

Nope Cork 74-79, stopped by limerick in 80. Also 82-86 stopped by Tipp in 87

There was a great moment on Sunday towards the end where Hego won a free and his ensuing celebration/geeing up of the crowd nearly rose the Open Stand from the ground up. At least it looked that way on tv. It was reminiscent of the Munster final in ā€˜19 where Mulcahyā€™s tackle on Paudie Maher in the corner had the whole section on their feet.

Gearoid is some man to get the Limerick faithful fired up.

It was fantastic. The stand literally erupted.

Could see it directly from the city end terrace.

The SOB/FOC turnover and the free FOC won also got the whole stand to their feet aswell. The Limerick crowd love a good turnover.

Doesnt matter if he was looking the other way.its careless use of the hurley

And a yellow

Itā€™s reminiscent of Paul O Connell & Jerry Flannery turnovers during the previous era of limerick rubby dominance.

Yeah, I donā€™t see how the GAA could give him HOTY under the circumstances. Itā€™s a shame given how well heā€™s hurling but it would be an awful message to send this year.

Pity, but as is always said here, itā€™s not about individual accolades for this group of hurlers so I doubt itā€™ll bother him unduly.

You really are a salty boy! Will you going to support your u20s on Saturday night or hanging around here moaning about the small tipp crowd.

He should have plenty of tinfoil to travel anyway after the early exit of the flagship team

No distractions this time like going sitting behind King Henry to get your Hurley signed, oh wait that was the other fella, never mind.

Watching back mike casey had a class game. One pass going astray aside he was razor sharp in everything he did. The man for oā€™donnell. If finn gets fully fit again its a hard call. Hannon approaching his best, great to see. Wod was way more involved and better than i thought on the day. Gillane had a poor game, not hugely involved, touch was bad on a couple of occasions and a few wides youā€™d expect him to score with his eyes shut. So heā€™ll probably ate Clare. Lynch a few nice moments, not as involved as youā€™d hope, getting there hopefully. Hegarty was on the edge of a sensational game, heā€™ll light up croke park again. Byrnes showed he will be fine, heā€™s some man. If Hayes keeps it up heā€™ll be undeniable for HOTY.
