If you have an incredible ball winner why you play him at 11?

Play him at midfield and he get on his own puck outs and the oppositions.

It’s amusing after 2019 I said move him to 11 and you said it was nonsense.

We’ve come full circle.

Lynch is needed at mid field now.

I’ve high hopes for next year already. If, as you say, we avoid Galway. End of next year would still see the majority of the team at 29. I know there’s a lot of mileage and it seems like they’ve been around forever, and we possibly looked a bit aged or slowing down in that cork game. But I think a couple tweaks cover that and guys are still in their prime at 30. I doubt many at that age would want to walk away, I don’t see an exodus happening.

Now you’re just making things up. I’m on record as the first to suggest moving him to 11. You never did, you’ve just been droning on about moving Peter Casey to 11. Basically you haven’t a clue.

No after the 2019 loss I said move lynch to centre forward and you were desperately disagreeing because you wanted dowling or some other nap lad at 11.

Wod dropped?

You’re making that up, I was the first to suggest lynch to 11 on here.

Stop telling lies.

If Kiely and Kinnerk stays on I’d expect no retirements with the exception of mulcahy.

If both go, that could trigger a few more retirements like Hannon and Quaid.

Doesn’t need an exodus. Just a few.
Balance that with no holidays in Barbados etc and some may stay longer, but once the phosphorus has gone it’s rare it comes back.

Keily won’t go on a loss.

With Kyle moving in for hannon you have a lot less play making and more pace / physicality.

So in my opinion you need to adjust your two mid fielders.

When it’s lynch or dod on their own they are too easily shut down. So I’d play both of them.

Also the long boomer of a puck out retuned this summer. IMO lynch is sensational at picking up those loose balls of the breaks so it’s another huge advantage to have him at mid field where he can help our half backs.

You always have to adapt and change to keep moving forward.

A year on from now. What’s a few? Three? Five? It’s in the three to four period that things could really dip if a bunch go together. I think we’re in a very good place for the next two years at least.

Would POL have the legs for the inter county game?

Any chance of someone like Paddy O’Loughlin returning? Would only be 27 or so and is a place where limerick need depth.

Was always relatively impressed by him.

No.

What makes you think they arent heading away??

The Bull will be a real game winner next year. He’s the best young forward in the country.

I think he’s going to be better than AG

If they aren’t on the panel anymore I doubt they’d be invited. Maybe they would, but the wheel turns.

Well you yourself have stated ye would have won this year no bother without a couple of injuries. As always, it depends on who, but given you’re like a hand grenade with the pin pulled out on most topics, I’ll leave it at that.
