Limerick GAA 2023 - League champions means nothing now 🐐

Anybody know anything about the new Adare management team? Is Mike Deegan the coach? He’s a Clareman, I believe, who replaced Kinnerk with Clare?

@Big_Dan_Campbell @Raylan @Watch_The_Break @Special_Olympiakos know much about him?

I assume he’s the same fella, from the Bridge and won a few counties with Cratloe at their peak

Alan Kilcoyne hurled for Broadford for years, a hardy buck in his prime. Deegan was a selector with Davy, Kinnerk and Louis Mulqueen.

From Cratloe.

He was tied in with Davy and Louis Mulqueen with Clare and then with the latter in the Galway club scene of late I believe. Won with Cratloe in '09

He was part of back room team in 13. Coach at Cratloe for a long time

He was with Cratloe for years. Coached with Davy in 13. Nice manner at a deli counter.

A handy win tonight for Na Piarsaigh in the All County League against Adare. Not much to report bar it was freezing cold. David Breen came on in the second half.

Ronan Lynch?

He was pucking around there. Knee injury. Nothing serious.

Who is over NAP this year?

Borrisoleigh are throwing big bucks at Shane O’Neill

Same as last couple of years; Bermo + Fanning.

You’d think he wouldn’t need the money after the backhanders from the Big House when he was over Galway.

Do clubs be paying guys to do S&C at this age group or would it be a qualified guy from within the club leading it?

Well Justin is from back from my way, a Pallaskenry man. I doubt he’s doing it for the good of his health.

Some clubs would have an internal fella alright; a lot of teams would try and get a hurling coach who has an S&C qualification too.

What age is Cathal King? He’s been a great yoke for them.

Justin has an almost full time type role in the club. Responsibile for S&C across the club I understand.
