Limerick lads can’t seem to accept their man did something wrong without referring to what other’s did in the past. I thought they were very much about living in the present era when they are the kings of hurling, not historically when they were shite. As @backinatracksuit would say

I’m reminded of the words of my old London teammate Andy Comerford in the dressing room after he captained Kilkenny to win the 2002 All Ireland.
These Limerick lads would do well to heed that advice and they have a lot to learn still about how to carry themselves as All Ireland champions. The warning signs were there from Day 1 really on that front, when they were singing songs about a terrorist thug, Sean South in the dressing room,
minutes after winning back in 2018.
