Limerick GAA - All-Ireland senior hurling champions 2018

Go way and fuck. Ask the bookies what price Dow is to outscore waherfurd

Unrequited love for you as usual unfortunately.

Sure youā€™ll have a great day anyway. All that matters.

Iā€™ve been unconditionally loving Limerick for a long time now. About time I got some love back

Thereā€™s no love following Limerick GAA.

Itā€™s like a bad marriage from the 1950ā€™s. Weā€™re stuck with each other so may aswell just row in for a quiet life.

Not so sure if itā€™s like a bad marriage. More like hoping the prodigal son will change his ways

Iā€™ll be in for the minor match, open stand section 118, if youā€™re around pal.

Looks like itā€™ll piss rain lads?

Just hitting the road now. Will pm you when there

Very nervous stomach is bubbling away just had a glass of tropicana, throw the pints on that and the toilets in the Gaelic grounds will be ruined again.

Thatā€™s a horribly condescending piece. Makes us sound like the shit lads who are making a big effort. The mighty ducks narrative.
Why bring tj into the discussion? An attempt at juxtaposition of the two setups, using a press conference after a league semi final as one side?

Absolute drivel.

It never rains on the Munster championship mate. Gods game

Just on yesterday evening, they battled hard for the most part at least. I think with 10 minutes to go, we had outscored them in the second half and were looking somewhat threatening, I thought we were going to make it respectable.

But they brought on Moran, we brought off Neville, they scored a second goal and then we gave up. They walked through us for the last 10 or so minutes and could have had more goals.

I think standing off their kickout in the second half was madness, force them to go long and compete with Josh Ryan. They made it so difficult for us on our kickout, although Oā€™Sullivan did hit some really nice long ones towards the end. But we also didnā€™t seem to be as switched on as we need to be; lads turned the wrong way as kickouts are being taken, not paying attention to quick frees.

Mayo gave away very few frees within scoring distance too, much more disciplined in their tackling although they did leave a lot of space for our forwards to run into and we did look dangerous at times. From their point-of-view, conceding three goals to Limerick must be a worry. Cafferkey got caught rotten for Oā€™Carrollā€™s goal but the ball in from Neville was beautiful, perfectly-weighted. Paul Whiteā€™s pace again causing major problems, the man is a rocket, there is few players in the country that can stop him in full flow.

Iā€™m pretty sure the second penalty wasnā€™t inside the square, but again, it was a goal chance that we created (although it looked as if we had fucked it up).

I was talking to him after and Neville said he was completely gassed. Thought it was strange enough before that, only forward we had before Oā€™Carroll came on

Mayo fans in front of me were very impressed with him, wondering if he had any Mayo ancestry for a transfer.

Iā€™d nearly have kept him on, even not able to run, heā€™d have been a threat.

Iā€™d have done the same, told him to stand by the goals. I hope Iā€™m not talking through my club but he was fantastic yesterday I thought. The only one who went at them and that ball for the goal .
Without trying to start another row the dreaded GPS done him in

Its Clerkin ffs. What did you expect, Ulysses.

Waterford three points up at half time in the minor and looking a much slicker outfit generally.
