That was a real win pulled out of the bag. The full-forward Purcell is some unit, was outstanding today.
We were Munster champions in 2013, beat Cork ā¦ Played and lost to KK in 2012 in quarters and lost to them in the semis in 2014.
Thatās the one.
That stat will be updated this year.
Maybe we will put the final nail in Codys coffin.

Watched back the first half but the recording fucking failed for the second half.
We were alright in the first half. Clare had a free against lynch that wasnāt a free and a 65 that should have been a free out for two points in the last 5 minutes of the half. Take those away and it was a two point gap having played badly, we werenāt in a bad position.
Then second half, our tactics (whacktics) were fucking stupid. Hannon wasnāt marking anyone, Kelly out roaming the field. Why in the fuck would you bring on a full back and leave a sweeper with hannon sitting in front of them as basically another sweeper??? Casey and English were both doing fine, it was a really strange call. Kelly was left the freedom of the park then. The result was Clare were allowed an extra man at the back and numbers up in midfield so they swept up everything at the back and were able to work the ball through the lines all they way up the field. Meanwhile we reverted to launching long high ball up to an outnumbered full forward. It was fucking maddening.

The phantom free against Lynch and the the 65 they were awarded were just laughable.
Finn going off injured and the stupid McCarthy substitution meant we were down subs and couldnāt take off lads on off days. In fact, all the subs used today were ineffective at best, if not outright counterproductive, with the possible exception of Gillane.
Sure look they had a phantom red card,wash our hands of the stench from that place and move on. That Clare flag on top of the moose on the Coonagh roundabout wont be there in the morning! 
Lads moaning about the red and phantom frees. As far as I can see he sent Reidy Off for absolutely nothing. It should have been 14 v 15.
Byrnes was a letdown to you today?
The best back three performance weāve seen all year was from the togs of Dowling, Condon and McCarthy. Under serious pressure all day but somehow held out.
