The West Junior Hurling Championship is some competition! This now brings Monagea right back into contention, if they beat Feenagh /Kilmeedy they will go through and Feenagh go out.

It’s sickening to say but watching how average cork are here it was really the draw in cork and that probably cost us a munster final place. Cork are woeful.

He is. That’s his club, he’s from Glantine. He only plays football with Fr. Caseys as they’re the nearest football club. He is only around 29 I think but a lot of mileage on the clock. Some man to win ball

Bruff beat Drom in the County Hurling League last night by 11 points. Drom had 14 players so a lad from Bruff played with Drom. As well as that, one of the Drom players was in the pub all day yesterday and played the match last night

Agreed. What makes the West such a good competition is that anyone can beat anyone on any given night, there’s nothing between all 10 teams including Adare this year who’ve really got their house in order.

Not sure if there’s a county winner out of any of them though. Kilmallock will be strong come County stages, they don’t even have to try a leg to come out of the South
