Askeaton didnāt fire today, got plenty of ball but made poor use of it.
A giant flag and headband sale
Thatās finished with for a few years now, sure Tour are amalgamated with Killeedy from 21s down to U8s now ffs. Templeglantine have their own Minor and U21 team this year, their 21s lost the West B final to Drom/Broadford/Feenagh/Kilmeedy anyway
Am I correct in saying that Askeaton now play off with Templeglantine with the winner progressing to the county knockout stage?
That is my understanding of it
Do you think that when you concede 7 points in a row in 10 mins that adding a sweeper into the mix is of absolutely no value? The defence was at no fault at all in that last 10 mins?
How are the other divisions progressing ?
The Well vs Old Christians
Crecora vs Ballybrown
City semi-finals. Both city finalists then go out into the county.
Are old Christians back to some level of competitiveness, I remember plenty of them smoking fags at ht.
Stakers v Kilmallock in the South Final. CTB the 3rd team.
Ballybricken, Caherline, Doon & Kilteely in the East semis which I think are this weekend.
Tour or Killeedy?
Theyve come on a lot in fairness to them. Were unlucky to not to finish 2nd to be honest this year. Had that game abandoned when they were up by 7 pts.
Helped obviously also by Na Piarsiagh and Pats moving up out of Junior A in the last two years.
Had a very good underage team who did very well in the Feile 5 years ago. Theyāre the spine of the team.
Won the City U-21 this year, beat us after extra-time. Kevin Howard was on the Limerick 21s this year, scored against Tipp, heās very good.
South is a bit of a joke in fairness.
Pats and us were always the same kinda standard they obviously have a far better pick, who are classified the bigger club now Pats or clauaghan
Kileedy I reckon. Tour werenāt overly impressive tonight.
If Iām perfectly honest, the only reason Claughaun are still Intermediate is because of those Old Christians players- Howard, Byrnes, Blackhall & Hannon.
Kileedy I reckon. Fine team coming together there
Are you Claughan pal?
