No prices up for club championship this weekend. The bookies must be rattled with all the lads in America. I fancy newcastle west to overturn pallasgreen tonight in killmallock.

Closest you’ve ever gotten to the action on the field pal?

Not seen either team so far this year but I’d be shocked if the NCW mullockers turned them over.

I’m going to that match tonight and looking forward to some proper skelping.

A cousin of his no doubt

Definitely a close relative. The Tipperary way.

I don’t think it’d be a massive shock if NCW won. Colin Ryan is in the US and he carries the only real scoring threat that Pallas have. I saw them earlier in this competition and they were no great shakes. NCW had a surprise loss to Claughaun Old Christians in the last round and it’ll be interesting to see how it’s affected them.

I’d give them a good chance though.

Forgot he was away. He’s already their main man so that will even things up.

The timber will be flying either way.

Without that cunt of a Hawkeye it is…still would’nt do it myself though.

I umpire sometimes for a couple of local refs but on this occasion I was referring to an Askeaton umpire of my acquaintance.

Intermediate hurling result.

Pallasgreen 2-15 NCW 2-12.

Disappointing fare with not a single red card or mass brawl.

Obsessed

@balbec will fill you in on my pedigree.

Pallas will win the intermediate comfortably enough.

Oops. Hope you kept your powder dry.

Can’t get prices for intermediate online thankfully. Pallas scored two goals with 15 minutes to go to swing things in their favour.

NCW hurlers are a perpetual disappointment. They must have a pick of 10k minimum
