Have Na Piarsaigh already transitioned (ahem, apologies @glasagusban) from that glory team? Who is left from that 2011 team, you have Kennedy, Downes and Adrian Breen. They are hardly reliant on the few big names we all associate with that breakthrough team.

That is 9 years ago . A long time ago . They has some serious material coming through at that juncture . They took at right tanking from Adare in 2009 final but came back very strong.
They won 6 u21 championships in a row after 2011 .
Alan Dempsey. Cathal King. Gleason. The other Kennedy.

Both Clubs are the backbone of their community, have excellent underage pedigree, and neither have the stigma of recruiting players from Neighbouring Clubs in an underhanded fashion.
