I’m still not quite sure of the details here, but walkovers have been given in both semi-finals. Seems to have been some dispute between the clubs and the East board over when the games were fixed and Caherline & Ballybricken/Bohermore were awarded the games.

With a very condensed and crowded county fixture list, it’s getting harder to get divisional board games played. Its inevitable the divisional boards will be scrapped over the next few years. They don’t really serve a purpose anymore.

To be fair the vast majority of the Limerick players have no interest in self promotion and avoid the media stuff generally. A few harmless, cliched quotes before and after matches is the height of it.
Knock them all on the head. Dublin players are pretty much scared to talk to the media. They won six all Ireland’s this decade.
