Limerick GAA - it's Box Office - Always Has Been, Always Will Be

A genius of an idea. A great way to foster team bonding. Get them to box the heads off each other.

They’ve been at it for years anyway

Just as well Jim bob is out. No one would have faced hom

I reckon Tom Condon will stay on for the boxing, just to have a tear up, and then retire.

He had his 30th at a pub in our place just a week ago.

How was Sarah looking???

She’s looking Savage these days.

Some amount of lads in that 38 who couldn’t make the 21’s team last year

Just the 5.

Who was starting for the 21’s that didn’t make the cut?

No Robbie Hanley? Or Dan Joy. More anti-Balbec bias.

McNamara is the standout. And Joy is the other remaining player.

Am I missing something on Robbie Hanley? He was one of the best 21’s by far?
McNamaras abscence is weird. Lorcan Lyons another senior panelist last year not even in the 38

Isn’t Eoghan Mc in college in Dublin? I’d imagine it’d be extremely difficult to be making a four or five hour return trip a couple of times a week. Pity, he’s the best 'keeper in the county.

Seanie Tobin was probably the best forward in any grade of club hurling this year, another notable omission.

A few of the u-21 lads who didn’t start this year fortunate to be included, in all honesty. Puzzling how Hanley isn’t in there.

Maybe the two surprise omissions aren’t there because maybe they turned down the invitation for whatever reason. Anyone consider that?

I’m considering it currently and will revert

I would guess that McNamara did turn down the invite to tbh.

Don’t know about Hanley but considering he was on the extended panel last year, it’d be a little odd if he wasn’t asked this year considering his form for the 21s.

That’s why we built a wall around the town. Ourselves alone. Plus guests.
