I dunno what attendance is expected but those competitions are huge for the clubs involved, I know there’s lads who’d consider the West Junior A hurling more prestigious but it just shows the difference between the big clubs and the aldo rans.

It doesn’t bother me at all that na pairsigh are successful. Why would it bother me? Facts are the club championships are non events. Nobody goes to them. There played in the middle of winter for the most part. If they were scraped tomorrow nobody would care.

Kanturk v newtown in first round of cork championship in few weeks. 3 to 4 thousand at this including many from limerick yet no one cares according to you.

If you were from a successful club you might change your mind.8,000 at Ulster football final few months back. Bigger attendance than cork city got at any of their games last year.

There a complete non event. Pretty much forgotten about on the news. The paddies day parade in New York got more media attention than these games. Nobodies interested.
