If there is one thing Tipp canāt do is hold onto a lead. Dublin the only crowd Tipp can hammer.
We finally seem to have a bit of depth, even if a lot of the calls will be 50/50. The Na Piarsaigh lads will strengthen the bench but not necessarily the starting team, outside of P Casey.
Whatever happens this league has been a success for us and I reckon weāre in good fettle facing into the summer, hopefully.
It is not harsh on his performances in the last two games and let be honest the last few years.

Itās hard to pick a player that you can say has preformed well in the last two to three seasons. 2016 especially, itās hard to look good in a team malfunctioning that badly.

Feel a bit sorry for Browne being dropped as he has been a great servant, but starting Malachy was a no brainer after the Clare game.
Still credit the management team though for doing it.
Tipp backs/midfield will know all about it Saturday night physically with Hegarty, Hayes, Gillane, Flanagan and Malachy starting.

Hannon is still 25, wonāt be 26 until October. Morrissey is only 25 this year.
Ya, itās great obviously but a bit out of left field when heās seemed to be down the pecking order of late.

Iām very confident of a win on Saturday. As are the squad. Thankfully thereās none of this weāll give it a lash and where going well crap. There going down to win on Saturday. While Iām a huge fan of Colin Ryan and with his penalty taking abilities, aerial ability, good long range free taker and sideline cuts he hads another few strings to our bow. Iām not sure he has the out and out engine for midfield. I didnāt think he was as effective for the 21s last year maybe if he was played elsewhere. Kiely clearly fancies him in that position so itās definitely worth a shot. Big game from Flanagan expected. These are the types of games heāll thrive in.

I would have high hopes for him. Another full back option in a couple of years.
