Just the 40 new posts in two hours. Youād need a celebrity death of an actual celebrity, or maybe the return of @Fagan_ODowd, to keep up with this thread.
Or a new rubby video
The Dubs won that challenge match tonight 0-26 to 1-19.
Is that the first defeat of the year so (barring extra time) Worrying resultā¦
Dubs recently drew with Waterford too, are we about to witness a springing from the long long grass in Leinster?
From Reservoir Dubs forum.
Won by four, 0.26 to 1.19. Again good strong start to first half, pissed rain right up to throw in. Ref didnāt help us either, performance versus last day out against Limerick was excellent, didnāt get bullied off the ball and stood up to some serious flaking by Limerick. When Limerick got the goal, we answered back with 3 quick points. We led at half time by 4pts, and didnāt concede the lead at all.
Introduced lot of subs in 2nd half and big plus was we didnāt take the foot off the gas, our intensity and hard tackling upped as did our pace. Again great performance across the field. Looking forward to Sunday week.
Be interesting to see starting 15 either way not going to worry about a challenge game performance just yet even if itās Dublin.
Bar beating Antrim and Laois in the league thatās the first match we have won all year. Limerick are fucked.
Who will take the long distance frees into the wind if its a wet day?
Standard procedure
Kiely out.
Not sure of the team but from one or two pieces of info that I picked up the following were missing for one reason or another. Richie English, Cian Lynch, Kyle Hayes, Tom Morrissey, Seamus Flanagan and Barry Murphy. All starters the last day out vs Tipp I think?
Didnāt someone say none of the 21s would be playing anyway- that would account for Hayes, Murphy, Flanagan.
Forgot completly about the 21 game next week!!

Be the holy, Na Piarsaigh have a big fanā¦
I donāt know for sure but I presume Casey is named as a senior player. As Breen is based in London now there is a good chance he is also. The team is ageing now so only a few doing exams at the moment. Good to hear Sheppard isnāt gone, heād be a major loss.
Informative post.
No Cian Lynch = No Party
He has become the Lynchpin of the side, if you will.
I look forward to the inevitable mind numbing Cian Lynch or Tony Kelly debate coming up to the Clare game.
We were missing over half the team no Hickey or Byrnes on top of those mentioned already,Richie played FB,WOD played wing back meant to have impressed.
Until Cian adds a consistent 2-3pts from play to his already strong skill set it would still have to be Kelly comfortably IMO.
I like to keep informed about every club in Limerick from Camogue Rovers and Knockane to Na Piarsaigh and Patrickswell; you never know when it might come in handy.
Na Piarsaigh at least publish half-decent club notes, unlike some.
You could also say that until Kelly stops shooting every time he gets a slight sight of the posts, he will not be the player he could be.
Iād like Lynch to take on his own score more, but as long as he keeps creating chances for others, Iām happy enough. It doesnāt matter who gets the score as long as it goes over.
