Celtic Challenge u17
Galway Maroons 3-26 Limerick Treaty 0-7

Limerick Sarsfields lost to Kerry also.

Season ticket holders not getting a stand ticket for the Clare game on June 17th.

Dodgy

There is a story in the Bible about fish and loaves . Jesus can’t help here unfortunately .

I’ll get over it but a bit annoying. People who travel all over to follow their team should get a stand ticket imo. Makes you wonder what the point is otherwise.

In recent years an awful lot of the season tickets for championship games have been fairly poor quality too. The ticket for the Tipp game in 2015 in the Gaelic Grounds was down by the 14 yard line. So much for rewarding loyalty. Gaelic Grounds season tickets for 2018 will be in the open stand too, meaning you are at the mercy of the weather.

It will be sweltering hot.

Would you want to be in the stand in Ennis? Much rather be standing on the far side

3-17 to 0-10 the final score there.

Tipp having their own injury worries at corner back Mickey Cahill and Barrett both carrying hamstring strains after club and in house games the last few days.

Limerick minors had a challenge last night against Galway , behind closed doors. FFS there young lads , its minor what the fuck have they to hide

Hearing the Clare 21’s are in awful shape ahead of Monday evening. We surely will have enough to bate them handy with 5 starters from last year.

There’s been a lot of pessimism here, but I would be absolutely shocked if we didn’t win. Clare not only have a poor management setup, they’re missing a few key players.

I’d say there’ll only be 3 starters from the AI final though- Hayes, Grimes & Murphy? Casey & McNamara obviously unavailable. Still a few others seniors panellists there, and players who were on the panel last year.

By all accounts Limerick’s preparations have been far from ideal, to put it mildly.

Wouldn’t be anyway surprised if we get turned over on Monday night. We’ve an awful record in Ennis generally too in championship matches at senior, u-21 and minor.

Beating them in the 21’s Munster final of 2015 is an exception.

Big time shocked, Flanagan, Murphy and O’Reilly should be more than enough for us to see it out with scores.

Hayes, Grimes, Boylan etc will win all their battles as well I reckon.

I would think preparation this year is on a par with the other counties .

We went down there and walked all over them

Richie English bate Shane O’Donnell up a stick that day.

Colin Ryan as well was exceptional.

He’s was immense. And we repeated the dose at intermediate as well.

Pat Ryan absolutely planted a shoulder the same day. Great to see a Limerick team win with a bit of bite.

Himself and Darragh O’Donavan were a great midfield duo that year. Hegarty as well in the halfback line with O’Connell and Byrnes bullied everyone.
