Athlacca are a serious outfit for that level in fairness. They gave us a couple of absolute trimmings this year in challenges.

It’s a lovely day here in the Gaelic Grounds tbf, not like fucking yesterday.
Once Doon started dominating the puckouts after about 20 minutes, they were the better team. Mikey O’Brien was class at centre-back. Barry Murphy & Pat Simon scored with practically every ball they got but probably didn’t get enough. Simon’s goal was class, the type he loves.
Calvin Carroll might still be minor, he was on the Limerick minors last year. Picked off a few great scores in the first half, clever movement.
Enjoyable game, hopefully the next one is too.
