Both sides periods of dominance came with domination of the puckouts. Both sides trying to work the ball out of defence, doing well generally but it is high-risk at times.
The standard of limerick club hurling is gone through the roof. A lot of credit must go to jerry Wallace. The last 8 or 9 minor teams have well prepared and coached for the most part and the result is around 150 of quality players spread around the county.

We really struggled in the first 15 minutes and only bad wides from Kilmallock kept us in it. Need to up it more as a lot of lads not firing.
Alan Dempsey is some man to step up for Na Piarsaigh when momentum is going against them. Downes looking very sharp. Kilmallock better organised and pulling the Na P defence out of shape. Na P took a while to get going but will see it out I reckon.
