Super stuff out of the footballers. There is absolutely no reason at all why we can’t be competitive at both codes, no reason at all why our footballers can’t be beating Tipp, Cork, Clare and Waterford and giving Kerry a rattle

A well known simpleton county board man like yourself won’t ever adhere to any criticism of your beloved spike. Limerick football is disgracefully supported by the county board. They’d rather us field no team. It’s an absolute joke.
