Who knows. I think Clare will give a big performance and be well up for it but I think we have too many frailties to win a Munster let alone an All Ireland.

The depth isn’t in the panel unfortunately, plenty of young talent but they are a couple of years off making a big impact. Five lads who played v Galway last year not being available has affected depth and I don’t think we have the lads to mix it up and change the side.

At least ye have two go’s at it. Lose to us and beat Cork ye are through. Pretty much knockout for us, ye’ll still have it in your own hands after Sunday regardless

In that scenario, if we beat Tipp, Clare are guaranteed to go through. However, if Tipp beat us, then it come down to scoring difference between Limerick/Cork/Clare, which Clare would probably lose out on.

Yes, a loss means Limerick are out. If Limerick win, we are almost certain to get out of Munster. A draw doesn’t knock us out.

Dowling got 2 very Tipp in 2014. Also 2 in the massacre against Wexord in 14
