As I said to a fellow TFK poster coming out of the match today it looks (from the outside anyway) like a joyless setup. Thereās no freshness, zip or crispness to their play and there hasnāt been for a while. It all seems so lethargic and almost like an ordeal.

After seeing that the match turning point Waterford penalty should not have been awarded, Marty Morrissey commentary was:
āThe referee had no option because visually it looked like a penaltyā
The GAA need to address this consistent poor performance from match referees.
Oh my, the second goal should have been a free out because Michael Walsh threw the ball

Just watching League Sunday and the panel have highlighted these horrendous errors by the match officials.
You canāt blame TJ for the mistakes by the ref.
