Going to be a really tough examination next weekend. We will find out a lot about O Connell, Brynes, Hegarty and Richie English next Saturday night.

Two changes ahead of the biggest GAA match of the weekend.

Sean Finn replaces Mark O’Callaghan at corner back while Barry Nash is in for the injured Robbie Hanley.

Strong looking subs bench too.

They fairly cleaned out the subs bench didn’t they? Tough on Aaron Gillane who did all that was asked of him when he came on v Tipp. Also out go David Condron, Liam O’Sullivan and Jody Hannon, by my reckoning.

Peter Casey is certainly an addition alright and Kevin O’Brien was always going to make it, once fit. Not so sure about the other two.

Tough on a couple of the lads who are left out of the match day squad completely, three of whom got some minutes/seconds on the pitch against Tipp or Clare. 5 changes from the 24 the last day.

Haven’t seen Nash play since he was with the minors. Anyone seen how he’s been going? Surprised he wasn’t involved before now and good to see him get a start. Surprised ALTC not starting. O’Brien can’t be fully right yet or he’d surely start?
