I’m happy with the team TJ has named, I’m delighted he has restored Paul Browne to midfield along with Jimbob. I’ve been saying it for ages that we have to put Downes in FF and bring Dowling out to the 40 and Hickey and Walsh being dropped is far from a surprise either.
I really hope Downes clicks on Sunday, we need him a FF for the rest of the year that is a viable goal threat. If it ends up that his not good enough so be it but the lad deserves a chance.
I personally wouldn’t have dropped Hannon, a lot of people are hard on him as he is gifted hurler but I can understand the kick up the arse he is getting from the management team.

Some gud changes but the team for next week will prob be same as v chip and why weren’t real changes made. Byrnes looked brilliant in intermediate and worth a start in hb line. Cody wouldn’t Think twice bout a change Like that. Hb line wasn’t rite last year with the 3 lads there
