Few positional changes but I doubt that will be far off. No more challenge games after tonight with the intermediates/seniors out so often.
Yes a little like when the gaa forgot there might be a replay in the kerry v mayo game last year they change the rules to suit themselves. Gaelic Grounds was muted but seems theyāll just go with a home and away arrangement. No stadium in Leinster would hold the crowd bar Croker obviously.
Unfit and arrived fairly late to the panel. The lad hit books and hasnāt much hurling done and some lads have been slogging away since January. No harm in having good bench options.
I remember Mullingar in the bad ole days, playin wāmeath when we cudnt get outa Div 2 & were crap. In fairness I dont think we ever bate them by 16 points or 24 points tho.
Ronan Lynch wont be hurling much inter county for a bit. He has a bit of Leaving Cert Conditioning to loseā¦ Heās gone as big as a house. Supposed to be a brainy lad aswell by all accounts.
Thereās nothing like talking to an old timer about the state of Limerick hurlingā¦ Everyone is either useless, not being used right or a bollox.
Dowling - not fit
Breen - not related to a hurler
Hickey - head is gone
Walsh -Not inter county standard
Gavin - shouldnāt be any where near 6
Management - making up a game plan on the back of a fag packet on Thursdays before games.
Is it next Saturday evening the next round of hurling games take place? Is it for definite home and away basis? Should Limerick get Cork it would be in the Gaelic grounds then!
